By purchasing from The Festive Pet ("we", "us") you agree to the following:

1. All digital files are licensed for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated. You may print physical copies for personal/gift use.
2. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit at checkout (pet's name, uploaded photo, shipping address).
3. By uploading a photo, you confirm you own the rights to it or have permission to use it for a custom portrait.
4. Custom canvas orders are produced by a third-party print partner (Printify); their production and shipping timelines apply.
5. Prices and product availability may change without notice; the price charged is the price shown at checkout.
6. We reserve the right to refuse an order that violates these terms or applicable law.
