Placeholder policy — have this reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

We collect only what's needed to fulfill your order:

• Order details — name, email, and (for canvas orders) shipping address, stored to process and fulfill your purchase.
• Payment — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Uploaded pet photos — used solely to produce your custom portrait, stored securely, and not shared beyond our design team and (for canvas orders) our print production partner, Printify.

We do not sell your data. We use it only to fulfill your order and, if you've agreed to it, to send order-related emails. Contact us any time to request deletion of your data.
