Digital coloring pack & PNG pack

These are delivered instantly as a download link. Because the file is available immediately, all sales are final once the download link has been issued. If your link expired before you could download it, or the file was corrupted, contact us and we'll reissue it at no charge.

Custom pet portraits (digital-only)

You may cancel for a full refund any time before we begin design work. Once your design proof has been emailed to you, the order is considered fulfilled; we offer one round of reasonable revisions (spelling of pet's name, color tweaks) before final delivery.

Custom pet portraits + canvas

Full refund if canceled before the finished design is pushed to production. Once a canvas has entered production with our print partner, it can no longer be canceled or refunded, consistent with standard print-on-demand policies — damaged-in-transit canvases are replaced at no cost, just send photos of the damage within 14 days of delivery.
