How fast do I get the coloring pack / PNG pack?
Instantly. The moment your card is charged you land on a confirmation page with a direct download link, and the same link is emailed to you. Links stay active for 48 hours — download and save the files somewhere permanent.
How long does a custom portrait take?
Your digital proof is designed and emailed to you within 24–48 hours of ordering. If you chose the 16x20 canvas upgrade, production and shipping begin as soon as the digital file is approved — allow 5–9 business days for the physical canvas to arrive after that.
What file formats do I get?
Coloring pages are a print-ready PDF. The PNG pack is a folder of 300 DPI transparent PNGs (Cricut, Silhouette Studio, Canva compatible). Custom portraits are delivered as a high-resolution JPG/PNG.
Can I print the coloring pages or PNG pack myself?
Yes — that's exactly what they're for. Coloring pages print great on standard 8.5"x11" paper ("Scale to Fit" in your print dialog). PNG pack files are sized for craft cutters and apparel printing.
Can I buy more than one pack at a time?
Yes — use the quantity controls on each product card, then "Add to Cart." Your cart holds both packs together and checks out in one payment; the custom portrait is ordered separately since it's made to order.
What's your refund policy?
Digital coloring/PNG packs are non-refundable once downloaded, since the file is delivered instantly — see our Refund Policy for the full detail and the custom-portrait cancellation window.
Where do you ship canvases?
Currently the US, Canada, and the UK. Canvas orders are produced and shipped by our print partner directly to the address you provide at checkout.
